Choobin Villa  is located in an old garden with big trees in Shahriar area, Tehran, Iran. The client did not intend to cut down any of the trees on the site, so the design team decided to do design based on the location of the trees.
In this small project, we tried to locate the building face to the south so the interior areas could receive light as much as possible to increase the quality of the interior space. There is also an access from the site to the roof, so that users can enjoy the view of the garden. The facade of this villa is covered with wood and tall windows are installed in the facade. Choobin villa respect to the nature and it’s surrounding.
